Quality Policy

Data Check is a well-established and constantly evolving company; it therefore needs an organizational model to ensure that this evolution is managed and controlled in order to avoid the critical issues and organizational problems that the company’s growth process can create or bring to light.

The organizational model serves as the fundamental framework for any company that wishes to operate with effective and efficient processes and gain international recognition by adhering to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.

For years, the company has been implementing the procedures necessary to maintain the quality of its development and customer service, so this mindset is already well-established within the company.

Management is launching this project with the goal of optimizing internal resources to maximize the organization’s efficiency and effectiveness and to support the growth plans scheduled for the next 5 years.

Adopting this standard will enable DataCheck to complete the established and agreed-upon procedures that ensure a consistent management and operational standard and to define all the steps that guarantee the organization operates and addresses business matters consistently using the same procedural approach; Furthermore, it assures third parties that the certified company operates within an internationally recognized system.

Market

The target market consists of pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and dietary supplement companies, as well as all related and complementary sectors in which the same regulations apply.

General Objectives

The organization’s growth is aimed at providing both existing and new customers with high-quality services that are always innovative and in step with the latest trends, as well as a commitment to increasing business volume and, consequently, the company’s financial, technical, and commercial resources.

Human Resources

After analyzing the activities carried out by its staff, the company redefined its organizational chart and decided to review and draft the procedures in collaboration with the staff. The aim was to involve the staff in defining the basic conditions for establishing the “Quality System” and to work with everyone through the key stages of organizational restructuring, in light of both regulatory standards and the efficiency policy outlined in the company’s mission statement.

In particular, management has committed to the following activities:

  • Foster the professional growth and skill development of all employees
  • Implement professional profiles that support the company’s planned growth
  • Develop competency and skill profiles for each role in order to develop appropriate training plans for company employees
  • Ensure proper oversight of business operations
  • Manage the proper use of resources by optimizing their capabilities and mapping the skills available within the company
  • Manage a system for monitoring human resource utilization in order to better track the workloads of individual staff members and ensure the accuracy of various activities

The company has also added the position of Quality Management System Manager to its organizational chart to ensure consistent and organized oversight of strategic activities aimed at continuous improvement and the fulfillment of the company’s mission.

One of the main projects the company intends to focus on is defining a Professional Profile and the corresponding Training Plan for each individual employee, in order to make a significant contribution to creating a harmonious corporate culture characterized by continuous growth and all-around satisfaction. Training to acquire the skills necessary for developing the corporate culture will be a key factor in achieving all the goals the company has set for itself.

This management approach has become one of the fundamental principles underpinning the Quality Policy, always with a focus on customer satisfaction, which serves as the primary indicator of continuous improvement in our service to customers.

The company’s management has decided that a specific questionnaire will be administered to customers annually to measure their satisfaction in terms of:

  • Announcement
  • Guarantees of Effectiveness/Efficiency
  • Ability to Manage and Resolve Critical Issues (Problem Solving)
  • Skills of the personnel assigned

The results obtained using this methodology will be one of the strengths of the initiatives related to the Management Review.

Management’s Commitment

In this regard, the company has decided to use the “Management Review” as an opportunity to also assess its business management methodology by measuring a series of target metrics for the processes identified as priorities.

Datacheck’s main objectives are:

  • improving the company’s image and reputation in the market, and therefore:
    • increase in the number of customers
    • increase in revenue
    • the company’s territorial expansion and entry into new market areas
  • the satisfaction of stakeholders (shareholders, customers, users, employees, suppliers), and therefore:
    • the creation of a positive and constructive work environment
    • maximizing the concept of leadership at every level of the organizational chart
    • the achievement of growth targets
    • the development of training plans within the organizational structure to support the professional and personal growth of its employees
    • the analysis and assessment of risks and opportunities for individual business areas and processes, as deemed necessary
    • the establishment of partnership agreements
    • ensuring business ethics, sustainability, and social responsibility

The specific objectives will be defined annually by management and shared with all employees.

Management Review is defined by management itself as the key point of integration between operational and strategic activities.

This management activity begins with an analysis of the indicators defined as targets and reviews all company operations in order to maintain oversight of the company’s overall management.

Management has paid particular attention to the overall management of the company in order to create a resilient organization capable of adapting to change and, as a result, of consistently meeting—and better meeting—the needs of its customers.

In fact, DataCheck has identified a series of objectives for each individual process and made them objectively measurable, while also defining the benchmarks that will guide the entire company in achieving these objectives and, thereby, fulfilling the organization’s primary goal of pursuing continuous improvement.

Quality Objectives

In accordance with and following the statements in DataCheck’s Quality Policy, company management has defined the Target Indicators to be used as a reference in the ongoing improvement of the services offered; details of the identified targets are outlined in the Company Indicators form.
