The Customer Support Services DATACHECK respond to requests for assistance of our customers, is a priority of every member of our staff ensure the best possible support to enable full use of our products.

The service can access all of our customers in the manner described below. The signatories to the contract for Service and Maintenance are entitled to guaranteed priority, deadlines for response / intervention, access to the helpdesk from websites and remote assistance.

The service is avalaible from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 18.00
