To ensure a level of service tailored to the needs of our costomers, DATACHECK has established two types of service:

  • BASIS
  • FULL

 

The two contracts have different levels of service so they can better adapt to the specific needs of every customer, in particular the Service called FULL is designed for pharmaceutical companies to manternere up to date system documentation and validation.

Following are the main characteristics of the two types of contract:

BASIS

This mode provides:

  • Priority access to support service (by phone, mail, remote );
  • Guaranteed max time to respons (24 hours by phone / 72on site);
  • The availability of free minor releases of the application;
  • The provision at a discount of 50% of the cost of updating the major releases of the application

FULL

In addition to those already provided by service basis, this mode includes:

  • The availability of free all releases of the application;
  • the availability of free documentation software for installation validation;

 

In both types of service,remain the responsiblity of the customer:

  • Travel expenses and subsistence;
  • Days of activity in the establishment of the Customer;
